Disneyland,Nixin Cheering,Torreon....the Fun Continues!

Steve and I had one busy but fun week with some of our family.  We were invited to go to Disneyland with Ryan,Julie and the kids. We drove over Monday the 17th and enjoyed Downtown Disney that evening. Gracie needed a Princess dress to wear to Disneyland the next day. Julie and I decided on Snow White, you can see from the adorable pictures that it was a good choice!

I love this picture of Ryan with his little Princess and Cole jumped in there with Chip and Dale.

How cute is Gracie? I wish I could have recorded all of the comments made by people passing by.
The Gunnel boys! Even Cash was up for this picture which surprised me. This is at the Storybook Cafe at the Grand Californian Hotel.
Papa as Gracie's carriage. We all had glitter everywhere from Snow White's dress!
Cash wanted to ride the Tea Cups. Julie said she would barf so that left me to carry on. Cash loved it and I kept my lunch down :))))
Glam Gracie after shopping at the Bibbidy Bobbity Boop store. It is so fun,I am so thrilled that Julie has this little girl to do girlie things with!
Wednesday was Steve's 67th birthday(which he wanted to try to ignore) and we were driving back from California. Happy Birthday Steve! Thursday Nixin cheered with the cheerleaders at the Higley Knights football game for the first quarter. This little girl has a lot of attitude,I love it! She was one of the youngest ( shewill be four in a few weeks)but she was into it! I have a feeling that we will see a lot more cheering over the years with Nixin. I have so much fun with this little girl!
Saturday Steve and I,Trey,Jenna,Montana, Harlee,Nixin and Brexton headed up to the cabin in Show Low for a quick trip. Trey had recently worked extremely hard to graduate and start his new career and we wanted to celebrate! We are very proud of Trey and Jenna. Jenna is a trooper! She was pregnant has a toddler Montana and coaching cheer at Mountain View High School while Trey was working hard. She has been so supportive of Trey and never complains! We are so proud of Trey and all he has accomplished. He has a great work ethic and truly strives to do his best. He was asked by his class to speak at their graduation. He did an excellent job and it was awesome that his classmates honored him in this way.

Up at the cabin our Montana had a blast going up and down the stairs. I had several cuter pictures that were all blurry because she wouldn't stop!
Harlee Mae was there and this is what she did most of the time, sleep. She is easy and as you can see a beautiful baby. Of course I wasn't up all night with her like Jenna and Trey.
Montana got her first pair of Wranglers and a sweet pink belt. Love, love this picture!
Nixin was one happy girl on our trip. We had so much fun at the playground.
These nest few photos of Montana are progressive.......Jenna to the left watching her slide.....
Jenna ready to catch her if necessary..........
A somewhat rocky landing but she is on her feet all by herself..........
Pretty proud of herself starting to applaud............
 Yay for Montana!
Coming up the slide. Montana very badly wanted to try after seeing Miss Nixin accomplish this but she couldn't quite make it like this wild thing.
It was so nice to just sit outside in the much cooler weather. Notice Harlee Mae has assumed her usual position.
Brexton is King of the swing. You would think I would have more pictures of my Brexton but he never stayed in one place long enough for me to take them. He could swing higher than anyone there without a push!
 BLISS!
A couple more swingers having a great time.

Montana graduating to the biggest slide.
Brexton can also climb and go all the way across the monkey bars!
She made it to the top!
Montana and Her mommy doing some gymnastics!

This is one of my favorite pictures of daddy and daughter chillin on the slides.
I couldn't leave this one out of Gracie shopping in Downtown Disney! The Princess shirt, shoes, purse and talking on her cell phone! Watch out world!

Good times,noodle salad!

Fun with the Grandkids!

Julie was doing a wedding so we took Crew,Cole,Cash and Gracie for the day a boy we had some fun! I wanted to take Gracie to Build-A-Bear because we hadn't taken her yet. She chose a pink bear and of course we dressed her like a Princess! Gracie picked her bear and her outfit,I don't even know where she found the pink heels but she brought them to me!

Gracie is very hands on. She wanted to keep stuffing her bear while the lady was trying to stuff Cash's bear.
Cash knew just what he wanted also. He immediately picked a camo bear and an awesome army outfit. He told me he didn't want to kiss the heart or wish on the heart but when the lady asked him too he quickly did it.

Crew chose a Giants baseball hat. The sales clerk asked him if he wanted New York Giants or San Francisco Giants.  He looked appalled and said "San Francisco Giants"!
Cole very quickly chose a football. He and Papa had some fun tossing it around outside the store on the way to Johnny Rockets for lunch.
We had a family dinner the next day which was Sunday and Gracie was eagerly sharing her fudge pop with Montana and Montana was loving it!
Nixin's first day of Preschool. Love the wave! She is adorable!
 G-Mama and Harlee Mae Colburn
Montana spent two nights with us when Harlee was born. It was the first time we had her overnight. In fact it was the first time she had been away from mom and dad overnight! I don't think Jenna love that! We went to build a bear and she chose the horse but I chose the cheerleader outfit since Jenna coaches cheer for Mountain View High School.

Montana loved the Spider-Man towel after her bath.

After Montana went home Miller came to spend the night for the first time! He also loved the Spider-Man towel. The only one who doesn't is Nixin. She told me last night when she was spending the night that I needed to get a Princess towel and she is right!

We went for a golf cart ride. Miller is trying to smile but the sun was very bright.
Miller made this bouncy ball and he was very proud.
G-Mama made insect pancakes which Miller loved.
I don't know how many Hungry Hippo games we played with Miller but it was a lot. We bought him a game on the way home.
I took Nixin to see her new baby cousin,Harlee. She likes her but was having more fun playing with Montana.

Harlee is only 6 days old in this photo. She was wide awake and very alert.
Daddy came home and Jenna's mom has taught Montana to show her teeth when she smiles. Precious picture.
When Nixin stayed over she wanted to ride my "Girl" horse,Psynna. None of the grandchildren had ridden her yet because she is not as reliable with the little ones as Santannah is. I decided to let it. Psynna and Nixin did very well until Teri let two of her horses into her arena and they started running around. This perked Psynna up and she started to trot in a circle pretty fast. Nixin held on like a trooper but it scared her enough that she was done for the day. She had a nice long ride. I was concerned she wouldn't want to ride again but she was ready to do it again later that day but it was way too hot.

No grandkids here but as we were leaving the house to take Nixin to lunch this beautiful Hawk was sitting in this saguaro next to our house and I had to take a picture. I love the Hawks we get to see in our area!
